Refund policy

If you are not happy with the products, you may refund them to us by returning the products to us at any time. The refund request should be sent directly to our email: shoptelvada@gmail.com. Then, we would advise you to ship the products back to us at this following addess: 89/29 Moo 12, Bangkaew, Bangplee, Samutprakarn, Thailand 10540.

The amount refunded will not include the shipping cost. For example, if your product cost is $10 and your shipping cost is $5, the amount refunded back to your account will be $10. Upon receiving the returned items, we will make a refund within 30 days. 

หากลูกค้าไม่พอใจในสินค้า สามารถขอเงินคืนได้โดยการส่งสินค้ากลับมาหาเรา ทางเราจะคืนเงินให้เต็มจำนวนโดยหักค่าขนส่งสินค้าออกเช่น โดยหากลูกค้าต้องการทำการคืนสินค้าสามารถแจ้งความประสงค์ใาที่เราได้ที่อีเมล์ shoptelvada@gmail.com ซึ่งทางเราจะแจ้งลูกค้ากลับว่าให้ส่งสินค้าที่ต้องการขอเงินคืนมาที่ 89/29 หมู่ 12 ตำบลบางแก้ว อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 10540 หากราคาสินค้าคือ 300 บาทและค่าขนส่งคือ 150 บาท ทางเราจะทำเงินคืนให้ลูกค้าที่จำนวน 300 บาทค่ะ โดยจะใช้ระยะเวลาการคืนเงินให้ภายใน 30 วัน
